FUTURE HOMES is a semi land banking plan developed by Tayan & Associate

(RC933331). A form of investment on land with projection of development in the next 3 - 4

years.

2. WHERE Are FUTURE HOMES LOCATED?

FUTURE HOMES is located in Kuje, about a kilometer away from Abuja @30 Homes, and

about a kilometer from the Naval Barracks. As an advantage, the proposed Apo – Kuje

carriageway runs a few meters away from it.

3. WHAT ARE THE PLOT SIZES IN THE ESTATE?

? 500sqm Plot, for 3 bedroom duplex @ N350,000

? 650sqm plot, for 5 bedroom duplex @ N400,000

4. HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

? One time payment is N350,000

? Alternative payment start with an initial deposit of N80,000 and the balance of

N25,000 is paid over the subsequent 11 months.

? Application form would be collected to indicate interest at a non-refundable

fee of N10,000.

? All payment shall be made in favor of Tayan & Associates

5. WHAT DO I GET AFTER I MAKE THE INITIAL PAYMENT?

The purchaser would be provided with an invoice, receipt and offer letter with court seal.

6. WHAT DOCUMENT DO I GET AFTER PAYMENT?

on payment of the initial deposit, our clients would be given a “sealed provisional offer

letter”, bearing the amount paid and the plot allocated. On making final payment, clients

would be given a “sealed Allocation letter”, approved building plan and a copy of the global C

No! the projection for the site development is 3 – 4 years.
